You must call or read the coverage limitations. Aetna has different policies and coverage. What Aetna coverage a person may have in Florida would not be the same as in California. There are different coverages or policies within the same state. I know they have coverage IVF but do not know where the coverage is (or so companies that offer employees). Some policies also cover only drugs, but no medical treatment or vice versa and some only 1 IVF while some are made 3. In addition, some states require coverage of fertility to be offered. inciid.org used to have a list of employers that offer coverage for infertility as well as a list of companies that covered IVF.
