american general life insurance houston
I have a policy of All American Life Insurance issued 12/1/58. I can not locate this comnpany. He was taken.
All American was taken by the general United Life Insurance Company 5/14/1981. I'd like to cash this policy in The expiration date of the policy is 12.1.2012. I have contacted American General Life Insurance Company, which referred me to American General Life and Accident in Nashville, Tennessee (1-800-323-2103) When I called there I could not get response as a foreign language is used. I called (1-773-399-6500) gave me a new number by the operator (1-414-286-1500) Once again I could not understand the person in the other end. Please help me locate the business contacts to secure all of America, Park Ridge, IL. Policy # 4-L-10, 1 December 1958, when Expired 12/1/2012 I would like to change the beneficiary or in cash sent an email to the Illinois Department of Insurance, and referred me to back to America General Insurance Company, Houston. I'm back where I started. I hope you can help me.
I had a problem talking to service people Dell customer. They outsource and I was really frustrated. In general, you can understand, but this guy was going crazy. I said, "I can not understand I need to talk with someone who speaks English. "He said," I do not understand sir speak English. "I told him I was not doing as well as someone else might. Transffered He called his supervisor. The employee was a U.S. Sup. My suggestion is to call again ask for a supervisor. Make sure they know that's not his fault. If they ask if they can help you say sorry I do not need a supervisor. They should help. If you still can not apply for transfer to a U.S. regional office.
