What theme should I include in a demand letter to the disclosure of the limits of politics?
This was for a car accident last year, injuring my sister and me. The other driver was to be 100% at fault. I want to work on foot from my insurance claim same but not sure what to say to request disclosure of the limits of policy failure in the individual insurance company – AAA. I want to ensure that the insurance company understands that I want to disclose family members in politics and if they are responsible for the actions of the guilty person. Thanks so much!
When I was an adjuster with the Auto Club is company policy to simply reveal the limits of the policy provided that an applicant request. Maybe things have changed, but you can try to call and ask before getting hard on them unnecessarily.
