Total loss disagreement car?

I am claiming through my co-insurance total loss of my vehicle because the driver guilty in only limited coverage for property insurance damage.my claim exceeds that.My then offered me car.My stroke of my question is: In Arizona there is a way to dispute the value of your car through arbitration or mediation? If cooperation is denied insurance for this is that considered "bad faith"? How long should you wait for security cooperation to respond after being notified that their offer is unacceptable?

Power to sue for bad faith? NO … rejecting his offer … How is that bad faith? Why is offered "below ACV?" Is your vehicle a vehicle salavaged? As for the arbitration ….. read your policy. Towards the rear, there is a section called "apprisal right, you pay for an evaluation independent, to pay for one, then an arbitrator decides. And NO, this is not in bad faith. They do not have to answer … that made him an offer that was rejected. Want more money, you must provide evidence to show that your vehicle is worth more. If you can not do that …. you are supporting your claim, not them.
