Pemco complaint letter to Seattle-HELP?
I live in Seattle and want to write a complaint letter to Pemco Insurance, does anyone know how???? I I am very disappointed in the services that Pemco had after 15 years, never an accident, always paid on time, I have life insurance, house, car with the company, when something goes wrong (it was not even my fault) which made me feel like shit, I had to do everything myself to get the money I deserve.
You would have to investigate who is in charge in this company and write a letter of complaint to him / her. While that person may never set eyes on the letter, shall be observed by a member of its staff. It is civil in its letter. Putting it all: the amount of time that has insured through them, which has ensured its timely payment, etc., and also mention — again, civilian – have you ever feel small I had to file a complaint, and felt Pemco was not acting in your best interest when he did. They also mention that, because of this treatment, are considering taking him elsewhere. Each state has an agency that regulates insurance companies, may also want to send a copy of his letter to them. While it can not lead to direct action, warning it would be something that is out of place. You can also send copies to Attorney General (most insurance regulatory agencies ultimately report to this office), and even the governor's office, if you feel inclined to do so.
