Can I sue my auto insurance company?

insurance i Switch back in February this year. The new company insurance did not provide documentation to the MVZ. As a result of my car was impounded because he said he was not insured. However, each month of auto insurance was being taken from my account as a bank transfer. Now I need a rental, lose a day's work to go to traffic court, and I have a car for the weekend. I'm being bothered by no fault of my own. I have my insurance card to say that I'm covered. The VIN # is correct. And when police shot I've never received more for an appointment, because I did nothing wrong.

It would be useful to know what state your in in California are not going to confiscate your vehicle for the uninsured. They just give a ticket. The insurance company notifies DMV that you have insurance. The only problem is if the insurance company has the wrong VIN # that was given to them, they will notified. I see this problem all the time. All the agent needs to know is get the VIN # corrected and then notify the DMV that you had insurance. And get an ID Card going back to the date they were arrested and show the judge and ask the judge to reimburse you for their fees. It is the responsibility of insurance companies to ensure that have the correct VIN #. It's yours. But the insurance company can help solve the problem.
