What rights do I … in relation to motor vehicle title??

Well … here it is. I am the lienholder of this trailer. I bought it to this person and never paid the payments in this trailer. So now I have this title but what rights does the owner however, I heard the trailer is stolen and the car insurance pays the value a person (not me). I do not understand. Are you familiar with this?

Did you know add your name as the holder of a lien for the title, or just have some documents written in someone promised to pay? If your name does not appear in the title legal owner, you have no rights. If so, contact the insurance company pays the person and ask why. The legal owner must receive any insurance payments. Furthermore, if the loan is in default, it is likely that the rights of repossession. But since you did not mention a country or a state if you are in the U.S., I can not point to information.
