auto insurance iowa

I have a deferred adjudication in Iowa this rule for me to become an insurance agent?
When he was 18 he was arrested for 2nd degree burglary in the state of Iowa to steal my job. I currently work for State Farm by calling and making free auto quotes my boss wants to make me full time but he not aware of my record and not want to touch the matter and that the effect possibiliy of a job, but also do not want to pay the money only to be disappointed.
the Most of the time when an employer hires someone full time, be required to sign a consent form for your personal records. ie, credit, most of it and because it is State Farm, which is a big company is probably standard procedure. Also, if you want to hire you, then have to fill out an application and one of the questions is? how it could have been arrested or had a felony? If so, what was it? A. Many companies, if you have bad credit or criminal record, will not hire because he believes will be a bad risk and the theft that it will launch "red flags". as an agent, you handle client money and the theft, which could face the responsibility of customers difference whether the money received or paid on your policy. I suggest that pay that debt as quickly as possible. you may also wish to contact an attorney to see if you get this off your record. I think 2nd grade would still be including a felony, so we want to switch to a misdeameanor, so it was not responding to a felony and still tell the truth. or attorney may be able to get taken completely off if the debt is paid off, but only an attorney can guide you in the way of this right, at any time to apply for a job, this record will be following and may fail to get a good job, or stuck working for Walmart for minimum wage. good luck
