auto insurance ratings reviews

You can get auto insurance ratings of a range of services. But do these ratings really tell you what you need to know? Here's the scoop "What is the best insurance company?" My answer is usually "Best in terms of what? Bigger? Best known? The Most solvent? Best Deals? Better service? "

There are three main services we offer auto insurance ratings – AM Best, Standard and Poor's and Moody's. However, their ratings focus primarily on the financial strength of a company.

Nice to know if you're an investor or an insurance agent trying to impress potential customers. But what I really want to know is how good of a service company is and how quickly to pay their debts.

The best way to find out this information is not to check the status of a company, the best way is to ask customers of the company.

But what if you do not know anyone who was a particular company?

There is an easy way to get the inside scoop on insurance companies. It's a little known site, where the real corporate customers such things as customer service, response to complaints, and even website experience.

My favorite part is the review section, where customers transmit their experiences with various companies. It is, to say the least, a real eye opener.

Be careful about reading the comments because some of them seem to have been made by employees of the insurance company ( "These guys are the greatest!"), and some were done by their competitors ( "These guys suck!"). As in the Olympics, throwing the highest and lowest score, or at least taken with a grain of salt, and go with the majority.
