What kind of lawyer I have to sue an insurance company car?
I was recently in a car accident … where I was at a standstill in traffic .. (wrong place wrong time ..) and a woman came out of nowhere and struck the passenger side of my car. He was young and pretty and states that a "third-party driver, ran off the road and forced to beat, so that the young police officer who prepared the report not in their share of blame, because this "third way" that could have been a ghost as we know .. This person did not actually hit her, what there is no physical evidence of its claim. But because it say the police report, of course, that is what your insurance company is going. So your insurance company (GEICO) refuses to cover the cost of damage to me and my insurance company (country) refuses to do much about it, except pay my damage and raise my rates! This is a group of BS. So can I sue Geico trying to get the money-holding because I did nothing wrong? If so, what kind of lawyer you need?
