To improve customer service through improved response times and provide more customization, a Mobile shows nationally as a true extension of the company's new 'I'm on a campaign Your Side ® "and the brand promise.
The application was developed through partnership nationally with Rosetta, the largest independent interactive agency in the U.S. The national agency helped conceive, create and launch the application, and specifically developed to use the tools already available on the iPhone, such as integrated GPS and camera.
