The functions further allow users to request an auto insurance quote or find a local insurance agent nationally, as well. Enhanced capabilities such as location of a blue RibbonSM Repair Fund, sent a crane and reporting to immediately begin the application process, are available to customers nationwide.
To improve customer service through improved response times and provide more customization, a Mobile shows nationally as a true extension of the company's new 'I'm on a campaign Your Side ® "and the brand promise.
The application was developed through partnership nationally with Rosetta, the largest independent interactive agency in the U.S. The national agency helped conceive, create and launch the application, and specifically developed to use the tools already available on the iPhone, such as integrated GPS and camera.
