How can I assert my rights under Ca Auto Ins. Law without a lawyer.?
Your insurance immediately accepted blame. I have rights under AC Auto Ins. The law, but acts as Geico not have to adhere to my rights under the California Insurance Act. The Council of CA Ins is looking, but will not respond to this and other questions.
Look into your states small claims court. Each state has a different amount, but I had good luck with small claims court in my state (Texas). I often started by a mechanic repair man air air, in both conflicts, the one I was trying to get compensation from the said I needed to replace a part that cost $ 300.00 or less. I fork the money and then tell me that was not fixed and was actually a different part that was broken. I I have my money and was reimbursed for the time they had at the waist on the case and not cars. People need to know that you need to run a company honest. I had a friend I was in an accident that ultimately was not to blame. The insurance company of the other person decided it should pay 35% and the person who hit him pay 65% because it was 35% at fault! He got his money and had good luck with small claims. Personally, I would get a lawyer and sue them. It is the easiest and safest. Without an attorney, no one knows how it will go. Sue them for all they have been paid, the judge will often find pay for everything.
