Delete my driving record?
I have 3 or so speeding tickets in Texas about 2-3 years. For all these I fired defensive driving or deferred adjudication (which "does not receive a fine for 6 months and we will dismiss an agreement). So 3 years later, I am applying for car insurance and for some reason there are 3 entries in my register at the DMV in Austin. Anybody know what I can do to fix this?
Wait. After "X" amount years, depending on the status, appointments to leave his record. I have had eight appointments in my life, none of which are on my record now.
