Is there a student loan (private) do not subtract the cost of attendance of any prize received?

Is there a student loan not subtract the cost of attendance of any prize received? Most loans to send their accounts of the aid office to determine the cost assistance and loans, scholarships or grants already received. Usually the lender will lend only to the difference between those two numbers. In my case, my cost of attendance is the same as what they have already been awarded. The problem is that the estimated cost is not enough for me (not the higher living expenses, and the fact that I pay for my insurance company (auto and medical)). My financial aid advisor says there are private entities that do not require a certificate of school with the above information — but do not know who. Please help …

I also had trouble meeting bills, while attending the university. I am a single mother who quit her job in my last year. I have a supplementary loan from Sallie Mae loan called a registration reply. You are only allowed to borrow up to the amount of the cost of attendance, but that is beyond what the school has already allocated in Stafford, Perkins, and all you have been awarded other grants.
