car insurance benefits

Cancellation of automobile insurance. I be penalized?
I pay my car insurance by monthly direct debit and have already sold the car (mid year). Since I'm not looking to buy another car for a while, I let my cousin to the insurance company as I no longer enjoy the insurance?
If proof that he sold the car (a sales receipt, a receipt became labels) most insurance companies will not charge a cancellation fee of medium-term. That said, how long is "a time" before you get another car? Within the next six months? I say this because some insurance companies offer a complete suspension of politics, where politics is kept open and the additional burden that no premium, so you can easily restore when I get another car. This is much easier to go through the application process again. If you think you will be replacing car soon it may be a good choice for you. Call your agent to see if your company offers this benefit. Another note: If you financed your premium financial (not the insurance company) may charge a fee for cancellation. Be sure to contact them and ask for any money owed to you, and not will just send a check if there is any money left. Good luck!
