how to get back my stolen Santro car which was found by ploice?
My car was stolen Santro in Delhi and FIR was registered by then after I am also a month NTR (Report nontraceable for it) and now occurs every insurance claim documents and just after (day following the submission of final papers) received a call from any police station UP my car on the road a few days ago. Now, please guide me with the legal process to get my car back from the police and the documents I need to provide to get the car from police custody.
First you visit the police station and see if the car is yours path. Then show them your FIR and other documents required to claim your car.
