My friends car was beaten while parked, the insurance company will not be responsible for resolving the case.?
My friends car was beaten while parked and two other vehicles were involved in the accident. Both cars are listed in the police report. However, the insurance company belonging to the driver at fault has been constantly sending letters saying that you can not find the driver and therefore can not close the case. The damage was more $ 2000 as a new door had to be replaced. Small Claims is the only option as it has been a year of getting the run insurance company.
