If move i from one state to another, do I have to change my license registration in this state?
I lived in Delaware. but recently I moved to pa. i dont want to say that the insurance company moved because despite living in the suburbs of Philadelphia, i dont want my insurance to go up. I go ahead and register my car license in pa? I've had my car for over a year and its registered office in Delaware.
