Does anyone know the laws on a motorcycle in Florida?
I'm about to move to Jacksonville from GA and I know that here, if you have a <50 cc scooter not need a motorcycle license, license, or insurance. Is it the same for FL? Also, Jax will be a good city to move a motorcycle or bicycle would stick to its or public transportation? (I can not afford a car.)
Jack would be a great place to move around on a scooter. A lot of people here in Fl are using due to high gas prices. And if the laws that apply to bike there also apply here.
