We are driving from Texas to Costa Rica, where can I buy a car insurance? -FYI: Sanborn only extends to Mexico?
Hmmmm … I do not know specifically of a company that covers the Central American countries. Here is the site for sure my favorite car from Mexico. If they do not cover Central America, perhaps they could refer to a company that does. The website below seemstosay ins. is controlled by a monopoly of Gov't in Costa Rica, but do not know if this applies to visitors. 2nd site below has information for car ins Central. 3rd place is my Mexican ins. Instead, if necessary ask for a reference.
