Has anyone else had a claim expires because Fred Loya Insurance misses the limitation period?
I had a car accident in 2004 and Fred Loya Insurance gave me the run around until the statute of limitations to run and then legally it had no resources. I did this happen to you? If so, contact me here and maybe we can get together and do something.
