How much does it cost to start driving?

I am 17 and will soon have about 1200 pounds at the time, but should be £ 2500 for the time im 17. I find a 1.2 liter car isn't too expensive on insurance. I dont plan to change much, probably some new wheels and a sound system. Includes classes lead (£ 20 per hour), a car, insurance and take the test. I am curious how much it would cost. I've been driving in the fields of about 4 years that have dominated car use, although I have no road experience. Thank you. I'll be buying the 2nd hand car, insurance will only 3rd part. I will have "experience" with my parents, and a driving instructor.

You're going about this exactly right: Out of your £ 2,500, buying a car with small engine (the Usual Corsa, Clio, etc will be fine to learn in) for around £ 500 – there are plenty on this money to be decent – to be picky and willing to look several before buying. Buy private or auction to get the best deal. Your TPF & T insurance probably cost around £ 1,000 – again, shop around and get the best coverage you can. http://www.confused.com quotes get in – you may find that you can secure a nicer car at no extra cost: My nephew Suzuki Vitara and a BMW 318i at 17 in a high risk area, insurance was not exorbitant. If you want to change the wheels and stereo, look again on eBay – do not pay much money, my last set of tires Good Year cost £ 50 new, and I bought a set of good alloys and decent tires a few months ago for £ 12! I bought a tuner Pioneer MP3 compatible CD for $ 25 new – again outside of eBay. If you have mastered the mechanics of driving, then only study the highway code, practice a lot with a copilot, and only have the minimum number of lessons that you may: There is no legal requirement to take driving lessons, but a teacher can learn quickly what you need in practice and what he is doing "evil" that could cause a test failure. I fully expect you need a maximum of three or four lessons for payment, and must be for a standard pass your test in a couple of months to obtain their provisional license. Good luck.
