nation claims helpline has no win-no fee its a joke?
I recently had a car accident and was directed by my company insurance claim for monitoring to make it look legitimate. All I was interested in my shoulder was repaired. I contacted the help line of credit sent to a national advisor quickly and declared that I had photographic evidence that it was an open and shut case. Walker Smith assigned me how Chester case and sent me to see a doctor on Rodney Street in Liverpool. Thinking that everything was going according to plan, cooperation with each application and taking into contact through e mail: E-mail (for me), she suddenly received a letter in which 1.that no longer represented me as requested by another person to do-that was a mistake but not write to ask if information is correct or not 2. it had closed the case 3. and the case now on the other side were fighting! I contacted immediately, not take my call. After a week of trying to contact them, some of which said the case was closed end-ive lawyer now! is that correct?
Have you talked to the insurance company? What tests have lawyers had asked someone else? In the first letter I had of them, known as the "rule of 15" or "customer charter" between the lawyers, should have talked about how to complain. Get a letter of complaint against that person with urgency. If you are not satisfied with the answer, then you can appeal Lawyers Regulatory Authority (the soles should provide you with the details, , But just in case, www.sra.org.uk. Meanwhile, if insurance cooperatives are useless, you can complain about it – getting to be notified of their complaints procedure. The complaints about them in general can be apparently by the Service Financial Ombudsman on 0845 080 1800. It could also now be an idea to see if you can find a company to take your case – many do 'no win no fee. You may also have a claim against the lawyers first of any loss of the possibility of suing, but depending on their original case. I must say that this is not my area of expertise, but it is my understanding about how to complain. I hope it helps. Good luck.
