How long will it take for insurance companies to resolve a claim and my car is a write off?
my car was stolen in March 2008.my insurance company Lloyds-TSB, Churchill Insurance, sent me a claim form, submitted all required documents 3 weeks ago, and still no response from the insurance company, does anyone no how long it takes to settle the claim, the vehicle was stolen and insurance asserors told me that was a write off
