Does Auto Insurance carriers must reimburse Subligated?
It was in a car accident now ready to solve, and other security controls said that no payments to reimburse me for my medical insurance paid toward drugs and partial hospital fee Is this true? They say its a RIGHT Georgia. Help please!
If I understand correctly, an insurance company has made the payment? If that's the case, they do not, in fact, can not reimburse you. Your provider health insurance may be subrogated to the reimbursement of expenses you paid, but it is their money, not yours, if collected. To be reimbursed for the costs of its pocket, above any real solution of the injury, loss of wages, etc. If I am wrong, please post a little more information.
