car insurance paypal

Should I file a claim on Ebay / Paypal?
Hello everyone! I had bought an Alpine head unit for my car on Ebay last week. It had received yesterday. I went to a place of professional audio installation car and told me I "was taken. There are about four things wrong with the deck and I said, "you will have nothing but problems. So in the end not to install on my terrace. I contacted the seller, and noted that all was well when shipped. I can not believe there is a crack, bad cage for housing, the faceplate does not move (we presume), etc. The seller is standing beside her word, but I'm not buying it. He said he had insurance on it and you want the file a claim with Canada Post. What can I do? I have to file with Ebay / Paypal? I quite disappointed. Helpppppppp THANKS! A LOT! PS I am fairly new to Ebay, so I'm sure what to do! THANKS!
Get the installation of the company to write down everything that is wrong in his head the letter. Submit a SNAD (significantly not as described) Report and let them know you can fax copies of the problems. PayPal is now asking people to submit claims to reduce fraud. Files with PayPal as soon as possible and when they step up to claim. Do not play their games. Offline contact me if you need more help \ suggestions.
