NFU Mutual has been rated as the best British car insurance provider by readers of Auto Express magazine for the third year running now. In a survey over 32,000 of their readers, NFU, Mutual gained the top overall rating.
The study, titled "Power Driver ', covered 45 companies major insurance providers that readers of the magazine were asked to rate on four categories – communication, value for money, profit and overall performance. A separate series Crunchers team then calculated an average for each company before Auto Express formed the overall ranking.
Expressing his opinion about a mutual client NFU said it was "the best all round I've tried, good levels of coverage, excellent customer service and competitive prices. "Besides being valued in general, the company also came up for individual aspects of communication and collaboration.
