Can you challenge a (motor insurance) company that uses your credit report and score insurance rates? ?
State of Florida credit report is excellent, but lost jobs and cannot pay bills now. What should I do?
~ ~ N Incredible as it seems insurance companies are allowed to do so. I do not understand why they would raise their rates but if you have a good report. You can try to explain as a temporary situation due to the horrible economy. Most companies are trying to work with customers affected (lose your job secure makes it a candidate).
