How difficult is it to defend a judge to the custodial parent is receiving financial help from their parents?

My husband is trying to to assert their parental rights in Florida for joint custody of their 4 year old daughter. We have obtained your bank statements for 1 year. All it says is paid on a regular basis. She pays for cable or internet, electricity, child care, gym membership and a lot of fast food places. She pay your rent, cell phone, home phone, storage unit, food, car insurance, etc. When we go to the judge and the state does not need an increase in child support b / c of their parents financially support her and her family. How would this look on her and my husband?

You probably is arguing against their own interests. If you received more child support is not needed help from their parents pay for basics like rent and food. In most states, courts will look at what each parent earns or receives support in the mandate (from ex, other, etc) and then remains to cover expenses, although a parent or friend may be voluntary, with the assistance bills. The court will then compare the two and the percentage of income each parent has custody for the purpose find out what the person must pay child support of others. Thus, even when physical custody is 50/50, a parent may end up paying child support of the children of others. Bottom line is, help their parents is not really a factor. Consult a Florida family lawyer for help with this to do well.
