Auto Insurance – Third Party Liability?
If I have the only third party liability insurance on my car and got into an accident and was my fault, I understand that responsibility does not cover my car. But does it cover my injuries?
No, 3rd party liability is only for people. If you are asking about actual medical bills, see the December sheet your policy, either to "Med Pay" or "PIP – Personal Injury Protection" (which are not required in all states), if you have any, that's what we cover their own medical bills due to injury regardless of fault.
