Any tips for buying cars w / low car payments for college students?

That I do not have much credit his case, only one credit card low amount. Since I'm paying the bill for the other two bills, I have little space left for insurance (which I know is nesscesary) and a car payment. Help!

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the best transportation for you at this stage of life is probably a bicycle. If you can not afford a reliable car, insurance, maintenance (and campus parking fees) will only eat all the spare cash. Save your money until you graduate and find work to pay for something better.
