drink driving insurance void
It is my auto insurance without giving effect after failing a breath test?
Recently I have been convicted and banned from driving for not giving a breath test. I fell into a door and damage to my car. My insurance company refused to pay what they say I was drinking and do not refer to terms and conditions. After reading terms and conditions is nothing about not giving a breath test, after all they are 2 different convictions. Can my company insurance legally refuse to pay if anything about not giving a breath test on the terms and conditions? Thanks
YOU SHOULD NOT BEEN drinking and driving. So as people get hurt or killed. If the insurance company can deny that claim. You were stupid and should not have been drinking and driving. Because of people like you my son was one month old was killed. Now I have to live without it, by idiots like you. I'm glad the insurance company denied your request. Maybe you will learn from this error.
