In recent years, e-learning has become an important part of human resource strategies that many companies, but is the moral death of employees and undermines the value of teamwork? Some experts warn that much more solitary e-learning can lead to isolation of employees and a breakdown of the strategy equipment to businesses.

The downside of E-Learning

Although it is easy to manage and measure the results of the tests, the majority of e-learning courses transfer of knowledge through memorization. Learning to effectively manage people or to serve as a key player in a team are not concepts about memorizing; but all actively participating in groups, something that is difficult if not impossible, to communicate through e-learning.

Training professionals Classroom

Classroom-based training gives employees the opportunity to connect and grow with other members of the organization. The disadvantage of Classroom Training

Especially for a large organization, classroom training can be a bit of a problem logistically. It is difficult for all employees that training needs to fit in their schedules. And it may be hard to provide consistency with the training from the classroom experience and perhaps the coach is different every time.

However, there are many training videos available today designed for training in the classroom that come with guides, instructions from the coach, when to pause the training video and what questions to ask to start the discussions. Many training programs, video including assessment tools include pre-packaged.

Those who choose: e-Learning or classroom Based Training?

In general, e-learning is best for items that require memorization. In terms of insurance, e-learning was wonderful when teaching facts as how to apply points different drivers and when to apply discounts.

Classroom-based training, conducted through discussions, role playing, or training videos in connection with the discussion works best when teaching complicated ideas or methods of interacting with others. Sexual harassment training, training in leadership, sales training, interview training, and other real-world interactions are more appropriate for a learning environment in the classroom using training videos as a support resource.

Companies should use a variety of different learning strategies training of employees in their programs, including e-learning, classroom training and interactive training videos. Evaluate each item before deciding on a type of training. If the subject is that it requires memorization specific information or rules, e-learning is ideal. If the topic is one designed to teach people to interact with others and react to real-world environments social, choose classroom training and use training videos and assessment tools for the consistent training.
