health insurance arbitration
Any U.S. health plans that do not require binding arbitration / civil rights renouncing if there is a conflict?

One would not be expected of a dispute or litigation with a health insurance provider, but it seems impossible to get one that does not require that you sign the assignment of their civil rights. It does not seem very voluntary to cede their rights if they can get health care otherwise – and it seems very coercive. How is it bad practice to force people to surrender their civil rights? Must be malpractice to the legal profession through its collective practice has forced the masses to give up their basic rights. Choose between their rights and access to basic health care is no choice at all.

I'm not aware of everything. Arbitration has become standard in all contracts health care because it is pro-business. A malpractice lawyer at the border if they drew up a contract without an HMO arbitration clause.
