Hello! What can I do if my employer was not paying my health insurance (VHI)?
Just a VHI bill saying that I am by 303 € for the period from 01.04.07. This is when I was still working for my previous company I left in late May. However, in my payroll taxes charged me and I had no idea that my VHI is not paid? Is there any institution that can talk about it? What should I do here?
It was stated in your contract that your new job: HIV be paid? If not, then your employer was under no legal obligation to do so. After all, HIV is Voluntary Health Insurance. If you were in your contract then your employer is in breach of contract and payment can legally pursue them.
