No insurance ticket ticket fallen, they still have a court date?
My boyfriend and I were driving home from an auction of antiques one night and stopped. The car is in my name and so is insurance. He drove. He was given a ticket because not sure I forgot to put my card update on the car. We went to court and proved that he was safe and was abandoned. That was months ago. Now, suddenly, you receive a letter in the mail asking you to go to court or put you in jail. Was not the ticket dropped? We had a safe all the time. Anyone have any idea what's going on? Us keeps calling but does not answer or call back. He goes to court, but I want to know what is happening. Anyone have this happen to them?
Probably an administrative error. It happens that … bring the card to date, and the burden is likely to fall again.
