Loss Adjuster can do this?
Hello. My house was raided in December 2008. I contacted my insurance, (Halifax), which sent an expert. He said that because I have no utility bills in my name for the time of theft can not proceed with my claim. Among the expert (Merlin) and none Halifax seem to want to take ownership for my claim even though when I set that Halifax had no problem with me paying my monthly fees. Please help me, I do not know what to do.
