Home Insurance Factors?

What are the factors that determine whether or not an insurance company insures your home? I am looking for determinants 'Yes' or 'No', such as: the house is located in a flood plain, so it is not insurable, and the factors that determine the amount you have to pay, such as fire alarm = 2% reduction of the premium. = Bolt 3% reduction. Tenants = 100% increase in the premium. Whenever you find an insurance company that offers online quotes, your server always rejects my application. Why? What factor (s) is driving me away? Please do not direct me to a place where I have to give my real name, phone number and social security number, etc and then wait for Have a salesperson call me. I want to make a quick comparison of all insurers in Ontario, Canada. If I have to phone all that take weeks.

I suggest you go through a broker that deals with a number of insurance companies. Would probably a good business for yourself, and even advice on how you can reduce your insurance premium. Your application may be rejected for various reasons. Some of these reasons may explain whether he had the opportunity to talk with the insurance company. Unfortunately, that choice is often not available online. Questions like: Do you have an exhaust fan to over the stove? Or is it to fry? Or does anyone smoke in the house? Yes to any of the questions could result in rejection computing.
