I'm bringing home a puppy (Shih-Tzu) in a few days and definitely taking into account (and hoping) to purchase pet insurance. I am located in Toronto. I read a lot of comments from what appears to be 2 larger (and known) the pet insurance companies: PetPlan and Petcare – only to find both have opinions on everything terrible and a lot of warnings written by people using any of these. (well, I will not bother to go there) Now, my search leads me to www.VetInsurance.com. I started searching and found comments on VetInsurance mostly comments and only 1 great caution. So I'm excited. ** I'm looking to the experiences of his www.vetinsurance.com. ** What can VetInsurance.com tell me about this? ** Of your Customer Service? ** The refund of money? ** Vet recommended or not? Hello … most Pet insurance agencies only cover preventive care … very few companies cover emergency care for medical emergencies, which is what most people need for your pets.
