Does anyone have a good / bad experience with any of these stores: Shane Samuels Company Helzberg Diamonds Jewelers Bluenile.com The best value (price per carat / quality) I found was a bluenile.com, but have no Serivces unless you buy some policy. The following is Shane Co. asked for a diamond to my specifications and I will see her this weekend. I like the sales person Samuels, but the diamond I want is gone. I also enjoyed my experience with Helzberg, but diamonds were a little more expensive. Both Samuels and seems to provide more Serivces Helzberg, but diamonds are more expensive, and will replace the diamond, if you lose one. Does anyone have experience with this? I've never heard of anyone losing a diamond and I know my Home Owners Insurance covers the loss. We shoping for my engagement ring.
Go where you feel comfortable, and a shop that will be there to serve his ring in the future. I would not buy this important anywhere online, but that's just me. Best wishes to you both.
