Transport for disabled people in wheelchairs?

Hi guys! Does anyone know of any transportation services for disabled people like me same (I am a wheelchair user) in Pennsylvania (Philadelphia). I know there ParaTransit, but never used it (I think they charge you and I need to go to school and back home every day). He Keystone Mercy Insurance. Perhaps there are other services that do not know. Could anyone please suggest something. Thank you!

Any service used you must pay. Paratransit is subsidized by the government and be your least expensive option. Across the road transport systems fixed route – ie buses – Must be wheelchair accessible. It should be able to take paratransit to the nearest regular bus and then take a regular bus. Paratransit is generally available when the nearest bus stop is a mile away.
