Roof leaks, roof falls, just buy a house?
I bought my first house 18 months ago. The roof started leaking after 3 months I bought it and you may need to be replaced. It is through the roof leaks and will fall by the time the 2nd. We pay $ 1200-3000 for a patch that may last only 6 months or 10,000 for a complete replacement. We have no savings left after our payment. Our insurance deductible is 1,000. If we say that what will happen to our monthly payment by insurance? What should I do? Nobody I know has a claim on their insurance. I do not know what will to do for us. Most likely that the insurance does not cover the cost of a new roof. You can cover the inside damage, but you should check with your agent.
