we received a loan modification in our house we have someone who can still get the loan done.?
We bought a house new in January 2007, and Trinidad have been to sell the house of another, we've had bad luck with the sale, but we finally found someone interested in him, but wanted to rent for a year, we agreed, but not our mortgage company has contacted us because they said we had to put insurance vacancies in this property, they were told that the insurance has always been there, but we also asked if there was someone living in the house we said yes. but my concern is that we had fallen bedind on payments in the past and when we were trying to sell our house mortgage company told us to apply a loan modification to get this amendment oan or think that will tell us we can not have now. And what about the person in our house.
Read the loan agreement you signed. Whatever it was agreed in the contract is what to do. If he says you can not have a tenant, you can not have a tenant. Especially, if in the past have broken their side of the bargain (ie, payments) than you could even call the mortgage, which means it can make you money back. Again, read your contract spells out in detail what they have already agreed to do if you brake the agreement.
