home insurance valuation
I will buy a property, what should I have done surveys and a review of the same?

Hello, I have placed a bid on a house, was built in 1930 and I would get it checked thoroughly before proceeding. I have talked with several mortgage lenders and have said they need to get a rating. Is it the same as a poll? I would check the ownership structure would be a report of home buyers do this, or should have a survey the whole structure. I also noticed that in the garden next door, there is a 25 to 30 meters of the tree that is quite near the house. The tree has obviously been There is a long time, but is this something that should concern us, in terms of a fall on my house? It would be a survey, check it out, should take a look? Or do not worry and let the insurance coverage if it were to happen? I'm guessing the valuation is a separate thing to prove the house is the value of the mortgage? Any help and ideas much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Get a Structural Survey and verify (the Council) if a (TPO tree preservation order – if there neither you nor your neighbor can do nothing about the tree. It's worth the extra property age, to get a full study. I was very surprised when mine came slamming the door – was the size of a phone book! only because it covered everything from the past – not necessarily bad! at least I knew I had done the work! You are a right of review is for mortgage purposes, even if there is a problem that can hold the money until an obvious problem is sorted for example, tiles or intermittent causing some moisture.
