Bakersfield Home Owners Insurance?
Someone told me just bought a new home in Bakersfield, CA. Theyre in custody and now have to get homeowners insurance. I First American Title that gives a very good to have flood insurance, which I hear can be a good think about baking. However, the offer explicitly states that it has earthquake insurance. insurance is 760 a year. Any advice on insurance? What is your experience, etc. How to get. Answers are greatly appreciated:)
