No mentally ill afford homeowners insurance?
Recently, I handed over a house inherited from my brother and I, as set of tenants. My brother is a paranoid-schizophrenic. Will you pay higher insurance more house because you own mentally ill? Can the company insurance, including refuse or cancel our insurance? We and the home is in Michigan.
