North Carolina – no matter of policy owners?
I'm an international student going to college in North Carolina. I do not have a car, but in the state of North Carolina that needed liability insurance to take the driving test. My insurance quote was 6 months from $ 931 I was a new pilot and told me to pass each year. I paid the equivalent of an insurance year that I think is just the missing money. Now my co – sure I am asked if I renew my policy.
