There were tenants who burned my house, my insurance company is reviewing the case that any advice?
I have a landlord's house insurance policies and assumed that was enough coverage, renters had renters insurance when they rent from me, but not maintain their payments. The company insurance said they need to review my claim, as they are questioning whether my insurance should cover this because I informed them of the tenants. My agent knew I was renting the property. I knew I was bound to have greater political than they already have. Is not that the coverage of homeowners allegedly to protect the owner the house?
