home owners insurance water damage

Maybe I'm breaking the rules, but could use a hand from my friends in yahoo.?
Recently I have developed an appliance for water piping system at home. Leak is detected anywhere in the home in seconds, turn off the spigot, and protect from damage and loss personal property. I am a designer and know nothing about sales and marketing. After contacting these companies I think it could cost more than the cost Developments to the survey and determine the market base. This is what I am asking: 1 – You think this is a device worth having in your home? 2 – If you could save a little money on their insurance policy homeowners, do you consider worthwhile? 3 – The cost is less than the cost of carpet replacement in a room. Is this a reasonable price? 4 – no batteries, remote sensors or other devices necessary to maintain or service. If power fails your home, cut the water, because the oven does not work and the plumbing system can freeze. If you need water, a manual bypass feature is provided. Thanks
1 Yes, but not very essential could be 2, but you should get the insurance companies agreed to lower rates for this device. They hate to cut rates of 3 sound too loud for me the question 4 is not here for just a selling point.
