What should I ask the insurance agent when I shop for homeowners insurance?
We are trying to buy homeowners insurance hurricane season b4 … live in fl. but I wanted to know the right answers to ask the staff when I'm shopping for quotes. Is there any? What are the questions basic? I make sure I'm covered for everything good and I what i want and need. Thanks for your help!
In Florida, is "Can I write" and "Who are you going to me on a budget. Want a Carrier power, someone like AM Best. There's a buncha new companies that emerge without qualification, as the cypress, but since they are not valued at all, do not even know if they will be in the business the day after a hurricane. For the most part, a good agent will ask lots of questions to be sure that you are insured propertly. I know a GREAT insurance agent in FL – I am not affiliated www.huttinsurance.com, but I negotiated things through them, and make a beat up work.
